Abstract
Driven
by
the
demand
for
super-bright
LED
lights
cars,
buses,
and
trucks,
highly
efficient
large-area
ultrathin
phosphor-glass
composites
(PGC)
with
exceptional
thermal
dissipation
capabilities
were
fabricated
a
combined
technique
of
tape-casting
+
low-temperature
cofiring
process.
Two
kinds
(100
μm
thick)
PGC
plates
uniformly
incorporated
YAG:Ce
CaAlSiN3:Eu2+
phosphor
particles
large
size
1044×45
mm
successfully
prepared.
At
room
temperature,
photoluminescence
quantum
yields
(PLQY)
98.6%
80%
achieved
former
latter
glasses,
respectively.
Moreover,
color
tunable
emissions
yielded
in
varying
weight
ratio
different
phosphors.
Finally,
light-emitting
diodes
(LEDs)
encapsulated
demonstrated
to
exhibit
outstanding
luminous
performance.
When
exposed
blue
laser
irradiation,
prepared
glasses
heightened
resistance
radiation.
These
unparalleled
could
offer
an
unprecedented
solution
commercial
applications
preparation
super
bright
car
lights.
