هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التجديد الاستراتيجي بأبعاده (الاستكشاف، استثمار الفرص، ريادة الأعمال، القيادة التشاركية، الفعل المنسق) في عملية إدارة أزمات قطاع الصناعات الدوائية اليمني، كما التعرف مستوى ممارسة وأبعاده، وكذا الأزمات وأبعادها ذات القطاع، ولمحاولة كشف هذا الدور وتفسير هذه العلاقة، اعتمدت على المنهج الكمي بأسلوبية التحليلي والوصفي، واستخدمت أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات الميدانية من مجتمع المتمثل عشر شركات تمثل بأسلوب الحصر الشامل للفئات الإدارية الشركات بعينة قدرها (415) مشاركًا، ولغرض تحليل والاستفادة منها استخدمنا برامج التحليل الإحصائي (Spss.26)، و(Amos.26)، وقد أظهرت نتائج أن هناك عاليًا القطاع الدوائي، بينما كانت بمستوى فوق المتوسط، وتوصلت أنه يوجد إيجابي معنوي للتجديد الدوائية، وأوصت بعدة توصيات منها: أهمية اعتماد وزيادة الاهتمام بعملياته؛ لأنه ليس عملًا اعتياديا أو خطة روتينية بل هو اطاراً معرفيًا وإداريا للمنظمات للتغلب التهديدات الخارجية والقيود الداخلية وفي الوقت نفسه تحسين الأداء، المصنعة للأدوية العمل كسر الجمود والبدء بالتجديد التدريجي مع الاستمرار إنتاج أصناف جديدة، بالإضافة ضرورة بممارسة خصوصًا الاستراتيجية الوقائية.
