Hospitality firms are facing unprecedented challenges on a global scale. The catastrophic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and its multiple devastating consequences have initiated profoundly disruptive transformation in hospitality sector, as attempt to adapt their activity current uncertain scenario. This study draws crisis management literature identify key drivers hotel recovery event disaster or an external crisis, like pandemic. A sample 237 Spanish managers evaluated ranked strategic measures.
