Municipal solid waste (MSW) is one of the most urgent issues associated with economic growth and urban population. When untreated, it generates harmful toxic substances spreading out into soils. treated, they produce an important amount Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions directly contributing to global warming. With its promising path sustainability, Danish case high interest since estimated results are thought bring useful information for policy purposes. Here, we exploit recent available data period (1994–2017) investigate causal relationship between MSW generation per capita, income level, urbanization, GHG from sector in Denmark. We use experiment based on Artificial Neural Networks Breitung-Candelon Spectral Granger-causality test understand how variables, object study, manage interact within a complex ecosystem such as environment waste. Through numerous tests Machine Learning, arrive at that imply growth, identifiable by changes capita GDP, affects acceleration velocity neural signal emissions. observe periodical shift traditional linear economy circular has implications.

Abstract This paper examines the relationship among ecological footprint (EF), electricity consumption, and GDP in China using annual data ranging from 1960 to 2019. However, factors like trade openness, urbanization, life expectancy might increase EF as distortions are mainly human-induced. study explores effect of these variables on environment, which is captured by EF. Quantile Regression estimates indicate that consumption real environmental degradation, while urbanization reduce EF, allowing for a higher quality. On other hand, spectral Granger-causality tests reveal only affect degradation over whole frequency domain. In current geopolitical scenario, relevant policy implications may be derived.
