Green
buildings
(GBs)
can
effectively
reduce
building
energy
consumption
and
alleviate
problems.
However,
as
green
projects
swell,
the
development
process
of
GBs
in
China
has
gradually
exposed
many
problems,
among
which
greenwashing
behavior
construction
enterprises

more
serious.
The
government
needs
to
adopt
some
appropriate
policies

game
theory

Introduction:

As

concern

pollution

safety

industry

gradually
increasing
worldwide,
prefabricated
building
model
has
become
a
type

promoted
sustainable
societies.

management
codes

not
mature
enough
accidents
occur
frequently
during
process.
Therefore,

analyze
