Green buildings (GBs) can effectively reduce building energy consumption and alleviate problems. However, as green projects swell, the development process of GBs in China has gradually exposed many problems, among which greenwashing behavior construction enterprises is more serious. The government needs to adopt some appropriate policies prevent problems GBs. This paper uses evolutionary game theory construct models proposes four policy combinations: static reward punishment, dynamic punishment. We compare impact combinations on strategy analyze inner mechanisms evolution departments enterprises. Our results revealed no stabilization system under punishment policy. Under combination subsidies penalty policy, effect best. Furthermore, a obvious restraining should dynamically adjust rewards punishments according quality determine upper limit improve policies’ applicability effectiveness. study provides theoretical support for healthy buildings.

Renewable multi-energy systems have become a promising solution for deep decarbonization. However, government subsidy is needed to incentivize the deployment of renewable technologies emission reduction. Here, we provide game theory-based modeling framework along with tailored strategy optimizing system design and strategies. We apply our four pilot towns in China studying how consumers interact each other achieve their respective goals minimum costs. show that policies can effectively promote penetration or reduce carbon emissions, photovoltaic panels wind turbines absorb most cap cases, respectively. also analyze detail optimal energy technology operations meeting targets towns. find only increasing cannot decarbonization; however, directly imposing causes heavy financial burden. Hence, recommend an economic two-phase decarbonization pathway, namely first dependence on fossil then fulfill Our pathway be applied cities worldwide, aiming penetration, reliance fuels, finally realize neutral cities. proposed extended various temporal spatial scales different entities cooperate together

The Green Technology Innovation Behavior (GTIB) of construction enterprises is crucial for promoting green development in the industry. In order to clarify mechanism action affecting GTIB enterprises, this paper considers context industry based on vector autoregressive model and constructs a theoretical enterprises. Time series data collected by Chinese government (2000–2018) were used analyze factors influencing EViews 10.0. results showed following: (1) direct investment has greatest impact made positive contribution; (2) added value Gross Domestic Product (GDP) relatively small enterprises; (3) role environmental regulation non-linear. This further broadens research Meanwhile, provides reference basis local governments formulate policies related

Introduction: The construction industry uses a large quantity of natural materials in the production concrete. Although attempts to incorporate green concrete began years ago, not every building such today, and roadways, particularly, still rely on unsustainable materials. Methods: Therefore, this study used alternative materials, including fly ash, manufactured sand aggregates, different molarities alkaline activators, waste byproducts geopolymer white-topping pavement layer. Recent developments have led emergence geopolymers as distinct classes In 1990s, ash-based became more popular than other kinds, they are efficient compared Portland cement Results: Aluminosilicate gel can be obtained by combining ash solution. A comprehensive literature review was performed study. It examines its critical design parameters, solutions, curing temperatures, methods, workability, compressive strength under various environmental conditions. This provides unique opportunity for researchers understand how performs. Discussion: range conditions were investigated determine enhance use material variety ways. fresh characteristics mixes studied using slump Vee-Bee tests, cured determined flexural, compressive, flexural fatigue tests. results indicated that with high-molarity activators an excellent maximum resistance 5.1 N/mm 2 strength, properties, making it suitable roadway pavement.

As the concern for environmental pollution and occupational safety caused by construction industry is gradually increasing worldwide, prefabricated building model has become a type of promoted sustainable societies. In China, management codes buildings are not mature enough accidents occur frequently during process. Therefore, how to analyze determine main factors that affect problem protect lives health workers. this study, we focused our research on accident-prone component-hoisting phase. First, through questionnaire accident data, traditional human analysis classification system (HFACS) was improved into HFACS-prefabricated hoisting (PH) risk model. This study also established comprehensive prevention control process combining factor using structural equation modeling (SEM). The measures avoid occurrence were proposed from four aspects: external environment, organizational factors, prerequisites triggering accidents, unsafe leadership behaviors. results showed following: (1) For standards should be supervision responsibilities implemented. (2) systems with more capital investment. (3) behaviors, education training strengthened ensure workers' optimal physical psychological states. (4) prerequisite it necessary create good work environment.
