To reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution in the construction industry, many countries have focused on development of green housing (GH), which is a type building for residential use. In China, local governments introduced various incentive policies to encourage GH; however, its scale still small unevenly distributed. This implies necessity optimize that apply GH incentive. promote diffusion, we built an evolutionary game model complex network analyze impacts government pricing demand profits real estate enterprises developing GH. By implementing simulations, further explored effect operational mechanism policies. The results show subsidy policy, preferential policy GH, restriction ordinary can effectively diffusion 0.6752, 0.506, 0.5137 respectively. Meanwhile, enterprise gradually decreases with increase strength. terms side, consumer could 0.7097. As a fundamental feature of green building cost forecasting, external support is crucial. However, minimal research efforts have been directed to developing practical models for determining the impact public and private on construction projects’ costs. To fill gap, current aims develop mathematical model explore balance supply demand under deflationary conditions accompanying spending adjustment processes. The most datasets from 3578 projects across Northern America were collected, pre-processed, analyzed, post-processed, evaluated via cutting-edge machine learning (ML) techniques retrieve deep parameters affecting prediction process. According findings, investments in are projected decrease buildings. Furthermore, investment reduction during periods more significant than its influence inflation. result, decision-makers may utilize suggested monitor evaluate yearly optimal construction.

To achieve the new European targets concerning CO2 emission reduction, concept of a post-carbon city has been promoted, which is focused on low-energy and low-emission buildings provided with intelligent heating cooling systems, electric hybrid cars, better public transport. This paradigm entails inclusion aspects not strictly related to energy exploitation but referring environmental, social, economic domains, such as improvement in local security, people’s opinion different solutions, co-benefits for private users, environmental externalities, so on. In this domain, it particular importance provide decision makers evaluation tools able consider complexity impacts, thus leading choice most sustainable solutions. The paper aims investigate scientific literature context frameworks supporting problems transition. review carried out through database SCOPUS. analysis allows systematizing contributions according main families methodologies, discussing what extent they can be useful real-world applications. also proposes emerging trends innovative research lines domain planning urban management. While transition an important trend, showed that few studies were conducted projects, plans, policies aim reach targets. scales application refer mainly global or national levels, while have developed at district level.
