To better understand the empirical development of green human resource management (GHRM) research and theories to provide evidence-based suggestions, article conducts a systematic review studies within academic field GHRM. The follows Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) Protocol 2020 select GHRM-focused highly qualified articles, published in final stage by end December 2022 written English from Scopus Web Science Core Collection databases. Independent assessments were performed two researchers selection analysis process, bibliometric statistical analyses applied synthesize results 141 articles. reveal increasing interest, diversification, tendencies GHRM highlight disequilibrium context methodology, classification evolution emphasis, mechanism theories, constructs, measurements, framework literature. In the context of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN-SDGs), this study accentuates role tourism and hospitality sector in promoting sustainability. The primary purpose is to unravel relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) energy-specific sustainable behavior employees (ESBE), with particular emphasis on mediating roles green intrinsic motivation personal environmental norms. Utilizing a three-wave data collection approach, we secured 325 valid responses from at various levels (manager-non managers) applied Structural Equation Modeling through SMART-PLS tool assess hypothesized relationships. findings highlight pronounced interconnection CSR, ESBE, designated variables. Abstract This study delves into the relationship between green improvisational behavior (GIB), environmental orientation (EO), a creative climate (GCC), and how they influence (EP) social performance (SP) in hotel industry.
