Blockchain technology and metaverse advancements allow people to create virtual personalities spend time online. Integrating public transportation into the could improve services collect user data. This article introduces a hybrid decision-making framework for prioritizing sustainable in Metaverse under q-rung orthopair fuzzy set (q-ROFS) context. In this regard, first, (q-ROF) generalized Dombi weighted aggregation operators their characteristics are developed aggregate q-ROF information. Second, information-based method using removal effects of criteria stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis models proposed find objective subjective weights criteria, respectively. Then, combined weighting model is taken determine final criteria. Third, sum product extended q-ROFS context by considering double normalization procedures, integrated model. has advantages two processes four utility measures that approve effect benefit cost models. Next, demonstrate practicality effectiveness presented method, case study q-ROFSs. The findings confirms can recommend more feasible performance while facing numerous influencing factors input uncertainties, thus, provides wider range applications.

Over the last five years, e-scooters have gradually become commonplace in most urban areas. However, shortcomings infrastructure provision, especially with parking, make it awkward to use these vehicles. This study presents a novel hybrid fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making model for determining optimal e-scooter parking locations by combining Logarithmic Methodology of Additive Weights (LMAW) and RAFSI (Ranking Alternatives through Functional mapping criterion sub-intervals into Single Interval) methods. In first stage, Aczel-Alsina function based LMAW approach is used address uncertainty experts’ opinions decision process calculate weights twelve criteria.
