The present paper contributes to the literature in two ways. First, it develops a novel p, q Quasirung Orthopair Fuzzy (p, QOF) based group decision making framework modify recently developed multi-criteria (MCDM) model such as Comparisons between Ranked Criteria (COBRAC). Second, ruminates on Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat (SWOT) of sugarcane supply chain (SSC) India vis-à-vis adaptation advanced technologies featuring Industry 4.0. To set sub-factors various dimensions SWOT, theoretical ground Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) has been used. SWOT have derived through an informal in-depth discussion with experts sugar industry. Then using Likert five-point linguistic scale rated their relative importance. determine weights modified COBRAC method applied. In subsequent stages reliability tested and sensitivity analysis carried out check stability result. reveals that while experience, by-product utilization high demand provides strength create opportunities for SSC, areas concern are lack variety, fragmented nature chains, shortage next-gen talent inadequate infrastructure. However, there enough promises SSC. shall provide impetus strategic makers industry puts forth new decision-making analysts.

Similarity measures and distance are used in a variety of domains, such as data clustering, image processing, retrieval information, recognizing patterns, order to measure the degree similarity or divergence between elements datasets. quasirung orthopair fuzzy ( QOF) sets novel improvement set theory that aims properly manage uncertainties. Unfortunately, there is lack research on QOF sets. In this paper, we investigate different cosine ROFSs). Firstly, Euclidean for QOFSs defined, followed by an exploration their respective properties. Given does not satisfy axiom, method presented constructing alternative QOFSs. The structure based suggested measures, which ensure adherence axiom. Furthermore, develop connects measurements. We then apply technique decision-making, taking into account both geometric algebraic perspectives. Finally, present practical example demonstrates proposed justification efficacy method, conclude with comparison existing approaches.

ABSTRACT In the last few decades, there has been a significant increase in importance of assessing social and ecological implications within industrial product supply chains. Abstract This paper advances the field of multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) by proposing a novel framework based on interval-valued q-rung dual hesitant fuzzy sets (IVq-RDHFSs). IVq-RDHFSs, which surpass most existing sets, effectively represent complex information describing membership and non-membership degrees through interval value sets. However, prior MAGDM methods IVq-RDHFSs have been limited functions operation rules aggregation operators (AOs). limitation is addressed construction new framework, leveraging robust Frank t-norm t-conorm (FTT) extended power average (EPA) operator. The proposed features weighted (IVq-RDHFFWEPA) operator to obtain comprehensive evaluation values. also introduces techniques for determining weights decision-makers attributes. Practical applications method are demonstrated assessment desalination technology selection rural green eco-tourism projects. Sensitivity comparison analyses validate superior functionality, accuracy, flexibility this compared many state-of-the-art methods. contributions two-fold: it develops efficient measurement such as distance weight calculation, integrating FTT EPA under improves efficiency solving decision-making problems.

Abstract In some multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) scenarios, decision makers must address challenges like handling uncertain and incomplete information, managing biases in criteria values, assessing interrelationships among based on their partitioning as per characteristics. To tackle these challenges, a picture fuzzy set (PFS) can be utilized to quantify vague Hamy mean (HM) used consider while the power average (PA) mitigates any kind of biasness. Also, overcome limitations persistence invariantess algebraic operations, Dempster-Shafer theory (DST) is employed. By integrating conventional HM with traditional PA under partitioning, this paper first introduced novel partitioned ( $$PPtHM^q$$ PPtHMq ) operator.
