The circular economy is increasingly recognized as a crucial solution to environmental and economic challenges, gaining significant attention from the government, businesses, citizens in Vietnam. As urban waste management becomes urgent, understanding factors influencing sustainable practices essential. This study aims assess impact of awareness on actual behavior market vendors Hanoi. A total 324 valid responses were collected directly 2024. paper applies an extended version theory planned framework, incorporating key variables such awareness, willingness pay, government policies, behavioral barriers. Using PLS-SEM method, findings indicate that has positive influence vendors’ behaviors, with effects through attitudes (β = 0.425), subjective norms 0.473), perceived control 0.539), pay 0.462). However, barriers negatively –0.179). Notably, despite existing national strategies, do not appear affect intentions 0.031; p-value 0.520). suggests policies have yet effectively reach or target group. These emphasize necessity for more targeted policy interventions enhance foster behaviors among vendors. Strengthening engagement improving effectiveness will be critical promoting long-term sustainability Acknowledgments was funded by Ministry Education Training Vietnam, grant number B2023-NTH-02.

Abstract Based on the Stimulus‐Organism‐Response theory, this paper extends knowledge by examining both direct and indirect effect of green climate pro‐environmental behavior whilst incorporating following two multidimensional measures: group identification social norm measure as mediator moderator, respectively. The study current addressing attitude‐behavior gaps eminent in most papers. Consequently, provides depth mechanisms underpinning role individuals also their influenced they belong to. Further, proffer from perspective private public sphere behavior. present employed structural equation modeling using a survey dataset 836 respondents. findings revealed that positively influence public‐sphere indirectly affects private‐sphere through identification. Again, our found partially mediates relationship between theoretical practical implications these are further discussed.

Extensive research has been conducted on the waste sorting behavior (WSB) of residents, while it is first time that classification urban and rural residents compared under same theoretical framework in China. Based questionnaire data from 478 structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to investigate internal factors influencing WSB by integrating Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) Norm Activation Model (NAM). Hierarchical regression analysis utilized moderating effect external residents' intentions behavior. The results show degree deviation between much larger than residents. Personal norms are key affecting sorting. In contrast, for attitude most critical factor, but influence subjective insignificant. addition, we found policy restraints economic incentives significantly moderate association intention behavior, with having a better restraints. impact areas. However, insignificant findings furnish government meaningful strategies narrow urban-rural management gap.

With increasing global warming, environmental protection and green energy have become hotly discussed issues recently. Countries proposed a net-zero carbon emission path, among which low-carbon transportation has been listed as the primary goal of each country. In Taiwan, highest density motorcycles in Asia, electric are an environmentally friendly mobility solution that enjoys greater advantages for development because their eco-friendly energy-saving nature context protection, conservation, reduction, sharing economies. This study applies technology acceptance model incorporates concerns, value propositions, government policies variables to explore behavioral intentions Taiwan’s Generation Z toward using motorcycles. A total 391 questionnaires were collected, correlation between was analyzed partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The revealed that: (1) consumers’ perceived usefulness ease use positively influence attitudes motorcycles; (2) concerns do not (3) motorcycles, above findings will theoretical practical implications terms academic reference motorcycle industry.

Transnational recycling of waste is a common phenomenon and can have significant environmental economic impacts on both exporting importing countries. However, current studies mainly focused the management transnational in waste-importing countries, less attention has been paid to issues related waste-exporting Using Australian export data as an example, combining geospatial analysis methods, this study innovatively analyzes from perspective The results show that exported waste, assumed be recycled statistics, not fully by This also combines regression identify factors associated with destination exports. indicate there no statistically relationship between location when waste. Besides, due lack data, countries do understand fate their therefore cannot make choices based impacts. It recommended -importing work together track so better understood.
