The outbreak of epidemics such as African swine fever has intensified the use disinfectants in pig farms, resulting an increasing residual concentration environmental media; however, high-frequency excessive that damage farm manure anaerobic fermentation systems and their mechanisms not attracted enough attention. Especially, complex effects on for remain poorly understood, thus impeding application practical systems. Herein, we explored glutaraldehyde disinfectant methane production, effluent physicochemical indices, microbial communities a fully automated methanogenic potential test system (AMPTSII). results show adding led to remarkable alterations chemical oxygen demand (COD), volatile solids (VS), polysaccharide phosphorus concentrations. During process, production displayed notable decrease 5.0–98% all treatments, trend was especially apparent treatments containing high levels glutaraldehyde. Comparisons quality showed presence 0.002–0.04% glutaraldehyde, COD total (TP) increased by 12–310% 15–27%, respectively. Moreover, addition 0.01–0.08% decreased ammonium (NH4+-N) VS degradation rate 7.7–15% 4.9–26.2%. Furthermore, microbiological analysis had adverse community. Notably, certain functional bacteria were restrained, highlighted decreases relative abundance diversity 1.3–17% 0.06–21%, This study provides theoretical basis rational

Scientific assessment of the relationships and influencing factors between livestock resource-environmental carrying capacity (LS-RECC) is essential for alleviating environmental pressure. The crop-livestock balance method was used to measure China's production potential from 2005 2020. improved coupling coordination degree model (I-CCDM) exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA) were analyze spatial-temporal coordinated development characteristics LS-RECC. Furthermore, geographically temporally weighted regression (GTWR) identify findings showed that (1) From 2020, nutrient demand crop cultivation in China increased, and, system exceeded supply 2007 190 ×104 tons, reaching a maximum 925 tons 2019. However, Ningxia, Tibet, Guizhou, Gansu, Yunnan, Qinghai severely overloaded. (2) (CCD) LS-RECC progressively increasing trend, which indicates sustainable ability industry constantly increasing. compared with eastern central China, level western lower, further indicating excessive China. (3) Environmental regulation had strongest effect on regional LS-RECC, obvious differences. economic positive effect, but urbanization Engel's coefficients opposite effect. These results provide not only references reducing pressure also guidance other large countries.

The animal husbandry industry stands as a pillar of the agricultural sector. According to defining characteristics high-quality development in husbandry, this paper establishes comprehensive evaluative indicator system. This system evaluates quality from 2010 2022, including five key dimensions: output efficiency, product safety, resource conservation, environmental friendliness, and level scientific technological &management. Results indicate positive overall trend China’s throughout period. Provinces exhibiting highest average levels are, descending order, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Anhui, Beijing, Fujian, Yunnan, Chongqing, Gansu, Guangdong, Guangxi. Among these dimensions, friendliness &management are better developed, while efficiency poorly developed. Regional differences have demonstrated slight narrowing trend; however, effect intra-regional on has remained relatively stable. In contrast, inter-regional gradually reduced, hypervariable density steadily increased, becoming most significant factor. High-quality exhibits strong path dependency, with advancements typically occurring incrementally between adjacent an insignificant probability leapfrogging. given region is significantly influenced by observed neighbouring regions, illustrating phenomenon akin adage that One who near vermilion stained red, one ink black. Factors such urbanisation rates, innovation, transport infrastructure, financial development, population all contribute positively industry. At same time, larger share both industrial sector further contributes development; whereas, GDP per capita fiscal support for agriculture do not appear effect.

ABSTRACT Given the negative externalities generated by pollution from livestock and poultry production, governments have implemented environmental regulations targeting agricultural sector. This study uses China's regulation (LPR) as a quasiexperiment evaluates its impacts on rural residents’ meat consumption. Utilizing data China Health Nutrition Surveys, our findings reveal an average reduction of 15.1 g in daily consumption per resident, primarily attributed to price increases. However, nonfarm employment would alleviate impact LPR Residents with higher income, engaging jobs, dietary knowledge exhibit lower mean intake reduction. Furthermore, for individuals excessive intake, reduces their consumption, while exerting little effects those inadequate or moderate Our important policy implications regarding trade‐offs between food security nutrition protection, particular areas.
