Abstract Background The fashion industry’s current manufacturing approach raises various environmental and social concerns, including but not limited to carbon emissions, resource depletion, waste generation, substantial energy consumption, labour exploitation. Green digital can minimise these issues. However, fashion’s green shifts need more coverage. Objectives This paper aims observe explore the key elements of transitions in industry. Methods/Approach Following Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) 2020 guidelines, this systematic review study examined articles on transformations supply chain from 2012 2022 relevant indexation services. researchers used descriptive content analysis explain results 46 518 publications that were their study. Results uncovered transforming factors such as materials, energy, cleaner production, others, well shifting like artificial intelligence, Internet Things (IoT), robotics. Conclusions study’s findings assist practitioners policymakers integrating technologies into Moreover, identified several research gaps that, if addressed, could have significant practical implications future
