Lining cracking is among the most prevalent forms of tunnel distress, posing significant threats to operations and vehicular safety. The segmentation lining cracks often hindered by influence complex environmental factors, which makes relying solely on local feature extraction insufficient for achieving high accuracy. To address this issue, study proposes CGV-Net (CNN, GNN, ViT networks), a novel crack network model that integrates convolutional neural networks (CNNs), graph (GNNs), Vision Transformers (ViTs). By fostering information exchange features, enhances comprehension global structural patterns improves inference capabilities in recognizing intricate configurations. This approach effectively addresses challenge modeling contextual extraction. Additionally, Detailed-Macro Feature Fusion (DMFF) module enables multi-scale integration combining detailed coarse-grained mitigating loss encountered during encoding decoding stages, further improving precision. overcome limitations existing public datasets, narrow range types simplistic backgrounds, introduces TunnelCrackDB, dataset encompassing diverse backgrounds.Experimental evaluations both Crack newly developed TunnelCrackDB demonstrate efficacy CGV-Net. The success of tunneling projects is crucial for infrastructure development. However, the potential leakage risk particularly challenging due to inherent uncertainties and fuzziness involved. To address this demanding challenge, a hybrid approach integrating copula theory, cloud model, matrix, proposed. dependence multiple risk-related influential factors explored by construct copula-cloud diverse information fused applying matrix gain crisp result. A case study performed test applicability proposed approach, in which index system consisting nine critical developed Sobol-enabled global sensitivity analysis (GSA) incorporated investigate contributions different magnitude. Key findings are as follows: (1) Risk statuses studied three tunnel sections perceived under grade I (safe), II (low-risk), III (medium-risk), respectively, waterproof material aspect found prone deteriorating sections. Furthermore, allows better understanding trends (2) Strong interactions between exist exert impacts on final results, proving necessity studying factor dependence. (3) neutral presents strong robustness displays higher recognition capacity assessment. novelty research lies consideration uncertainty multisource fusion with enabling perform robust assessment matrices varying degrees tolerance.
