The paper aims to build a model that supports organizational sustainability by analyzing the correlations and revealing impact between two main variables (entrepreneurial leadership) with its dimensions of proactive outlook, risk, creativity (Van Zyl & Mathur-Helm, 2007), (organizational sustainability) economic, environmental, societal (Hansmann et al., 2012). As well as identifying level awareness informing managers in General Company for Automotive Equipment Industry, theoretical implications performance, vital importance society surrounding ecological environment, drawing attention improving indicating important leadership role activating supporting sustainability. questionnaire was used distributed random sample 58 managers, following analytical descriptive approach accomplish research purposes. study came out conclusions, including tangible entrepreneurial promoting is reflected deepening environmental-ecological, vital, economic social necessities on basis directions affecting strategic success organizations their continuity business world.

A cultura organizacional exerce um papel determinante na adoção de novas tecnologias, especialmente no contexto da Indústria 4.0, que exige inovação contínua e adaptação a processos produtivos digitalizados. Este estudo realiza uma revisão literatura, analisando como influencia implementação tecnologias disruptivas quais desafios oportunidades surgem nesse cenário. pesquisa foi conduzida partir consulta bases dados acadêmicas, explorando fundamentos teóricos, buscando oferecer ampla visão permita trazer subsídios para o desenvolvimento abordagens sobre organizacional, principalmente servir facilitador melhoria do desempenho nas organizações. Os resultados indicam organizações com flexível, orientada à ao aprendizado contínuo apresentam maior aderência transformação digital, enquanto culturas rígidas ou avessas risco podem encontrar barreiras significativas tecnologias. Conclui-se integração entre aspectos culturais estratégias tecnológicas é fundamental sucesso recomenda-se gestores adotem medidas promover ambiente mais dinâmico aberto inovação.

Purpose We aimed to investigate what dimensions constitute the culture of sustainability a modern university, recognize and discuss research on universities (CoSoU) identify basic that contribute this culture. Design/methodology/approach used systematic literature review based PRISMA method (preferred reporting items for reviews meta-analyses), followed by synthesis, conceptual work logical reasoning. Findings observed most significant increase in articles topic under study since 2015, with researchers from United States dominating, thus confirming gap concerning European countries.
