There is insufficient research on bioaerosols in hospital waste decontamination stations. This study aimed to investigate the effect of three-layer and N95 masks reducing inhalation risk bacterial a station at teaching hospital. Active sampling was conducted five different days three locations: yard, resting room, autoclave room modes: without mask, with an mask. Bacterial passing through were identified using biochemical tests polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The median concentration interquartile range (IQR) 217.093 (230.174) colony-forming units per cubic meter (CFU/m

Bioaerosols constitute a crucial component of atmospheric particulate matter, encompassing physical and chemical aerosol properties along with biological characteristics. They can influence global ecosystems, climate change dynamics, air quality. Notably, bioaerosols serve as significant pathway for transmitting respiratory infectious diseases, garnering widespread attention worldwide following major pandemics such COVID-19. Thanks to the development high-throughput sequencing technologies, studies on have flourished in recent years. Understanding interconnectedness sources, spatial temporal distributions, influencing factors, health risks associated is imperative devising pollution mitigation strategies preventing spread related epidemics. This review provides an overview bioaerosol sources while elucidating distribution patterns within their community structure across various source types. Lastly, this offers insights into future advancements field corresponding recommendations.

<p><i>Helicobacter pylori</i> (<i>H. Pylori</i>) is a highly pathogenic bacterium that can be transmitted through various means, including wastewater, which serves as both source and sink for <i>H. pylori.</i> In the wastewater treatment process, exposure risk of Pylori</i> escaping bioaerosols easily overlooked. this study, pollution characteristics variation patterns in sludge, air medium were systematically investigated typical municipal plant (MWTP) applying anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic process long-term sampling. The results indicated significant reduction accumulation excess sludge following process. was also detected due to its escape during dewatering. highest detection concentrations found dewatering house. O3, solar radiation, ambient temperature, wind speed all had negative effects on relative abundance respirable proportion airborne pylori</i>. addition, potential contaminate environment posed health operational workers. This study will help recognize MWTPs raise attention occupational among MWTP workers.</p>
