To proactively respond to the national fourteenth Five-Year Plan policy, we will adhere a comprehensive land and sea planning approach, working together promote marine ecological protection, optimize geological space, integrate economy. This paper provides review of sustainable development hazards (MGHs), with particular focus on submarine landslides, environment, as well First, novelty this study lies in its summary temporal spatial distribution, systematic classification, inducible factors, realistic characteristics landslides enrich theoretical concept. Moreover, costs, risks, impacts environment economy engineering activities such oil gas fields, metal ores, were systematically discussed. Combined current an analysis was conducted environmental pollution economic losses caused by landslides. Herein, key finding is that China Mexico are viable candidates for future large-scale offshore exploitation oil, gas, nickel, cobalt, cuprum, manganese, other mineral resources. Compared land-based mining, deep-sea mining offers superior advantages. Finally, it suggested physical model tests numerical simulation techniques effective means investigating triggering mechanism their evolutionary movement process, impact infrastructure. In future, establishment multi-level multi-dimensional monitoring chain landslide disasters, joint risk assessment, prediction, early warning systems, can effectively mitigate occurrence disasters

ABSTRACT Underground mining in mountainous regions presents a significant geological hazard, characterised by the occurrence of land subsidence and movement overlying strata. To aggrandise theory mine rock mechanics, we conducted systematic investigation into deformation failure mechanisms strata as well patterns surface regions. With method engineering mechanics theoretical analysis, supplemented universal distinct element code (UDEC) numerical simulation, status Songzao was simulated effectively. Herein, results revealed that nonlinearity field occurred during mining, evidenced an increase when coal approached seam roof. The curve underlying lower exhibits inverted trapezoid pattern, while upper overburden displays funnel‐shaped trend. Additionally, upward transmission displacement velocity significantly attenuated due to shielding effect exerted key stratum overburden, resulting greater spatial separation from critical fractures working face advanced 120 m, subsequently leading vertical cessation subsidence. value speed, however, exhibited gradual progressed. Due influence mountain landforms, convex landforms surpasses concave thereby expediting rate hazards.

This research examines how rainfall and mining affect the slope damage resulting from transition open-pit to underground mining. Using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), Huangniu of Dexing Copper Mine was fully characterized, experiments were conducted on rock samples appropriate sites. First, mechanical properties measured. Then, parameters similarity simulation derived based theory. Subsequently, rainfall, slope, data acquisition, monitoring systems designed. Finally, mass failure with different angles analyzed, deformation patterns under coupling effect obtained. The results show that increases pore water pressure moisture content. Rainfall slope-slip have more impact platform. values upper rise faster than inside it. In stage, shifts slightly left. room vertical fractures goaf sinking occur. above mine form a semi-ellipse. pillar overlying displacement is evident persist. continuous collapses. 65° model most damaged, while 55° least damaged. also suggest UAV guides sample selection.
