Oil reservoirs are one of the most important deep subsurface biospheres. They inhabited by diverse microorganisms including bacteria and archaea with metabolic activities. Although recent studies have investigated microbial communities in oil at large geographic scales, it is still not clear how assemble, as variation environment may be confounded distance. In this work, from same field were identified a localized scale. We found that although injected water contained exogenous microorganisms, had little effect on composition produced water. The Neutral Community Model analysis showed both bacterial archaeal dispersal limited even Further pH nitrate concentrations drive assembly communities, which negatively correlated alpha diversity differences positively dissimilarity communities. contrast, physiochemical parameters Our results suggest scale- taxonomy-dependent. work provides comprehensive scale, improves understanding reservoirs.

Landsat remote sensing images obtained from 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2020 were analyzed. The normalized vegetation index (NDVI), moisture (WET), land surface temperature (LST), building-soil (NDBSI) extracted based on the four aspects of greenness, humidity, heat, dryness. Remote Sensing Ecological Index (RSEI) was calculated using principal component analysis to quantitatively analyze dynamically monitor evaluate ecological environment changes in Kuye River Basin over past 20 years. From perspective spatial temporal distribution, environmental quality had a downward trend 2000 2020. overall RSEI grade medium or poor, average decreased. proportion excellent good watershed areas decreased, whereas that medium, low, poor increased study period. Spatially, decreased gradually southeast northwest. degraded mainly distributed urban with frequent human activities. Conversely, superior eco-environmental eastern sections watershed. Compared Yulin area Shenmu County southern section are worsening.
