Although the rapid development of new energy vehicles (NEV) has contributed greatly to China's carbon emission reduction, it also brought about a problem that needs be solved, namely effective recycling waste batteries. Existing batteries is plagued by series problems such as single channel, inconsistent standards, lack technology, rampant irregular enterprises, and low consumer participation. Meanwhile, due immaturity market, clarity existing regulations, supervision management, above are becoming more serious. Therefore, solve these problems, this paper constructs four-party stochastic evolutionary game model including government regulators, NEV third-party consumers. Focus on analyzing impact relevant parameters choice strategies participants, put forward proposed countermeasures promote based conclusions.

As the global new energy vehicle (NEV) industry rapidly expands, disposal and recycling of end-of-life (EOL) power batteries have become imperative. Efficient closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) management, supported by well-designed regulations strategic investments, plays a crucial role in sustainable waste battery recycling. In this study, an evolutionary game theory (EGT) methodology is used to construct tripartite model investigate interactions among manufacturers, recyclers, government study decision-making dynamics green investments. addition, numerical simulations are performed evaluate sensitivity relevant parameters on stability evolution system. The results reveal that subsidies can stimulate early period investments advanced technologies. However, as matures, ‘free-rider’ behavior emerges enterprises, which be mitigated through imposition carbon tax. Eventually, reaches maturity, manufacturers recyclers autonomously invest for enhanced profitability. This research provides valuable insights policy formulation, facilitating formal retired fostering sustainability NEV sector.

In the international context of pursuing green development, a good connection between production and consumption ends is necessary condition for forming diversified governance interaction system. The academic community has conducted in-depth discussions on behavior among enterprises public. However, few studies have focused docking process subjects. Therefore, this paper takes Chinese participants as an example to design game experiment, considering role government regulation. From dynamic, interactive perspective, it explores motivation public enterprises, well effectiveness subsidies. research results indicate that: (i) willing burden premium which significant differences in substantive symbolic behavior. (ii) scenarios, purchasing information can be transmitted but reverse path not yet been verified. (iii) Government subsidies strong incentive effect (iv) There are impact environmental awareness behavior, there no difference enterprises. conclusion provides theoretical support study enterprise behavioral variables practical basis management governance. This will facilitate construction systematic effective framework, thereby promoting coordinated development entities.
