Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) eradication is pivotal for alleviating gastric mucosal inflammation and preventing the progression of diseases. While antibiotic-based therapies have achieved significant success in H. eradication, challenges such as antibiotic resistance, drug toxicity, side effects, nonadherence, inapplicability, disruption gastrointestinal microflora emerged. Updated are urgently needed to suppress pylori. Nature has provided multitudinous therapeutic agents since ancient times. Natural products can be a potential therapy endowed with efficacy. We summarize basic information, possible mechanisms, latest research progress some representative natural highlighting their safety, accessibility, efficiency, ability overcome limitations associated application. This review highlights advantages incorporating ethnomedicine into anti-H. regimens. The findings this may provide insights development novel expand options available eradication.

Pulmonary fibrosis (PF) is an irreversible, progressive, chronic and fatal interstitial lung disease with limited therapeutic options. Dehydrocorydaline (DHC), derived from the traditional Chinese medicinal plant Corydalis yanhusuo, has exhibited a variety of pharmacological properties. Nevertheless, potential function mechanism DHC in management PF have yet to be elucidated. To evaluate therapeutical efficacy different models elucidate its underlying mechanism. A well-established Bleomycin-induced mouse model human precision-cut slices (hPCLS) following fibrosis-inducing cocktail stimulation were employed. The antifibrotic effects on measured by histopathological manifestation, immunofluorescent staining expression levels related markers. Human primary pulmonary fibroblasts (HPFs) used explore impact fibroblast Here, we demonstrated that dose dependent, as well hPCLS after stimulation, evidenced staining, decrease Fibronectin, Collagen 1 α-SMA expression. Additionally, vitro experiments indicated effectively suppressed myofibroblast transition, but had no significant effect proliferation migration fibroblast. Mechanistic studies revealed inhibitory activation was dependent endoplasmic reticulum stress, thereby inhibiting TGF-β/SMAD signal pathway. Our study implied hold promise approach against suppressing activation. safety been preliminary model.

Phytochemicals are plant secondary metabolites that show health benefits for humans due to their bioactivity. There is a huge variety of phytochemicals have already been identified, and these compounds can act as antimicrobial neuroprotection agents. Due anti-microbial activity neuroprotection, several might the potency be used natural therapeutic agents, especially Helicobacter pylori infection neurodegenerative disease, which become global concern nowadays. According previous research, there some connections between H. diseases, Alzheimer's disease. Hence, this comprehensive review examines different kinds from sources potential agents reduce improve An additional large-scale study needed establish connection disease how could condition.
