ABSTRACT
Problem
Immunological
abnormalities
are
well
recognized
in
the
pathogenesis
of
endometriosis
and
co‐existence
with
inflammatory
bowel
disease
(IBD)
celiac
(CD),
along
other
systemic
immune
disorders,
is
clinically
relevant.
Recent
genetic
studies
revealed
some
shared
traits
associated
co‐occurrence

gastrointestinal
or
autoimmune
highlighting
common
biological
pathways.

II
human
leukocyte
antigen
(HLA)
genes,
HLA‐DQ2
‐DQ8,

Abstract
The
use
of
hormonal
treatments
for
endometriosis
has
increased
in
recent
years.
Their
effectiveness
lies
creating
a
stable
environment,
reducing
peripheral
estrogen
levels,
and
suppressing
ovulation
menstruation.
Although
these
agents
do
not
cure
symptoms
often
return
after
discontinuation,
they
effectively
relieve
pain

prevent
disease
progression

Abstract
Objectives:
