Kombucha
is
a
fermented
tea
known

health
benefits.

study,
golden-flower
(Camellia
petelotii)
and
honeysuckle-flower
(Lonicera
japonica)
were
first
used
as
raw
materials
to
prepare
kombucha
beverages.

components,
sensory
scores
