Soil is the bearing centre of terrestrial ecosystems. Oil pollution leads to changes in physical and chemical properties soil varying degrees. Polluted soils form a unique microbial species composition, which provides rich materials for bioremediation oil-contaminated through biological enhancement. Understanding composition petroleum-contaminated can provide better method remediation. Based on this, 16 S rRNA ITS genetic markers were used analyse bacterial fungal microbiota soil, their (total organic carbon, alkaline hydrolysable nitrogen, total phosphorus, potassium, available Cu, Zn, Cd) measured. It was found that petroleum significantly reduce abundance diversity bacteria fungi promote relative Proteobacteria, Pseudomonas, Pseudoxanthomonas Pseudoallescheria, changed dominant flora reshaped co-occurrence network relationship between soil. The content carbon higher than uncontaminated while nitrogen potassium lower Cu increased after pollution.
