Microbial community succession is closely related to the corruption of meat, but there are few studies on microbial assembly and their relationship with physicochemical indexes in meat during chilled storage (4 °C). This study aimed investigate mechanism bacterial effect quality changes preservation goat meat. The results showed that stochastic process was primary driving construction. During storage, predominant bacteria three groups at genus level were Acinetobacter Pseudomonas. With extension duration, relative abundance Pseudomonas samples from local markets slaughterhouses increased rapidly gradually acted as dominant flora process. Spearman correlation analysis revealed exhibited a highly significant positive association total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N) negative redness (p < 0.01), which crucial degradation quality. These provide guidance for regulating communities by optimizing conditions delay deterioration

Introduction: Tobacco, as an economic crop in our country, not only requires changes cultivation practices but also benefits from reasonable fertilization to enhance yield and quality. Microbial organic fertilizers (MOFs) have received considerable attention recent years; however, the relationship between rhizosphere soil microorganisms of tobacco plants physicochemical properties with MOFs remains poorly understood. Methods: This study established experimental control groups, employing a five-point sampling method collect samples leaves at four different growth stages. High-throughput 16S rRNA gene sequencing was conducted analyze microbial community structure, while physical characteristics were examined. Results Discussion: The results indicated that MOF reduced uptake ammonium nitrogen by stages, promoted dispersion community, significantly altered structure. At phylum level, Actinobacteriota Proteobacteria are first second dominant bacterial phyla community. Significantly, during prosperous stage tobacco, relative abundance (14.90%) group lower than (19.87%), whereas group, (22.99%) higher (22.06%). Furthermore, assessment leaf morphology, yield, quality demonstrated application resulted 21.93% increase 27.38% value per unit area. nicotine content slightly decreased. In summary, this demonstrates can improve communities leaves, providing valuable insights into effects on altering improving
