Abstract Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have developed rapidly in recent years due to their excellent photoelectric properties. Among them, lead‐based perovskite photovoltaics shown great potential for both outdoor and indoor applications, whose power conversion efficiency stability are much higher than that of lead‐free PSCs. However, based on results vivo animal studies, Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes annotations pathway analysis microbiota metabolites influenced by lead, it has been proved lead exposure from PSCs probably causes systematic toxicity human body. For the purpose reducing leakage, some methods mainly polymer resin protective layers self‐healing encapsulation introduced, which can increase capture rate up 95% under harsh conditions. Eventually, devices will still face damage obsolescence, accompanied leakage into environment. Comprehensive recycling strategies necessary solve this problem root also shorten energy payback time further transformation upgrading green energy. The vertical in‐depth collaborative strategy prevention comprehensive would provide an environmentally‐friendly guarantee final large‐scale market photovoltaics.

Heavy metals play an important endocrine-disrupting role in the health consequences. However, mechanism of heavy is unclear. There are long-term and low-level metal/element exposure scenes for human body real life. Therefore, animal models exposed to high doses may not provide key information elucidate underlying pathogeny diseases. This review collects current knowledge regarding roles such as lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), arsenic (As), mercury (Hg), nickel (Ni), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), manganese (Mn), summarizes possible molecular mechanisms these chemicals (EDCs), briefly evaluates their endocrine toxicity on animals humans.

Accurate detection and screening of Pb in biological samples is helpful to assess the risk associated with lead pollution human health. However, conventional atomic spectroscopic instruments are bulky cumbersome, requiring additional sample pretreatment equipment, difficult perform field analysis with. Herein, a portable point discharge (PD) microplasma-optical emission spectrometric (OES) device online digestion function designed for sensitive determination samples. With rice as model, batch six 50 mg can be achieved HNO3 H2O2 system within 25 min by temperature control timing module. Compared microwave digestion, efficiency this reaches 97%. solution converted into volatile species hydride generation (HG) directly introduced PD-OES excitation self-designed rotatable telescopic cutoff gas sampling column. Six successively detected 2 min, argon consumption whole process only <800 mL. Under optimized conditions, limit 0.018 kg–1 (0.9 μg L–1) precision 3.6%. The accuracy practicability present verified measuring several certified reference materials real By virtue small size (23.5 × 17 8.5 cm3), lightweight (2.5 kg), low energy (24.3 W), provides convenient tool toxic elements
