Ag NPs with uniform particle size were deposited RCM continuous ion layer adsorption reaction (SILAR), finally NPs/RCM flexible SERS substrates prepared. The minimum detection limit this substrate for R6G is 5×10-9 M, shows good uniformity (RSD=12.58%) reproducibility (RSD=4.23%), sensitivity standard solution 10-10 M. Because its characteristics, can be applied three-dimensional environments such as fruit vegetable surfaces, practicality been confirmed in residue apples, tomatoes, pears other vegetables.
