During the production of strip steel, there are often some defects on surface product. Therefore, detection such defect is key to produce high-quality products. At same time, steel cause huge economic losses high-tech industry. A algorithm based improved YOLO-V7 proposed address problems low speed and poor accuracy traditional methods. First, we use de-weighted BiFPN structure make full deep, shallow original feature information strengthen fusion, reduce loss during convolution process, improve accuracy. Secondly, ECA attention mechanism combined in backbone part important channels. Finally, bounding box function replaced by SIoU function, where penalty term redefined taking vector angle between required regressions into account. The experimental results show that model this paper has higher performance compared with other comparison models. Based our experiments, yields 80.2% mAP GC10-DET dataset 81.9% NEU-DET high speed, which better than existing

As the basis for static security of power grid, load forecasting directly affects safety grid operation, rationality planning, and economy supply–demand balance. However, various factors lead to drastic changes in short-term consumption, making data more complex thus difficult forecast. In response this problem, a new hybrid model based on variational mode decomposition long memory with seasonal elimination error correction is proposed article. Comprehensive case studies four real-world datasets from Singapore United States are employed demonstrate effectiveness practicality model. The experimental results show that prediction accuracy significantly higher than contrast models.

Smart manufacturing is being shaped nowadays by two different paradigms: Industry 4.0 proclaims transition to digitalization and automation of processes while emerging 5.0 emphasizes human centricity. This turn can be explained unprecedented challenges faced recently societies, such as, global climate change, pandemics, hybrid conventional warfare, refugee crises. Sustainable resilient require humans get back into the loop organizational decision-making. In this paper, we argue that most reasonable way marry extremes value-based human-driven create an + hybrid, which inherits valuable features both - efficiency sustainability decisions. Digital cognitive clones twinning decision-making behavior are represented as enabling technology for future accelerator (as well resilience enabler) convergence digital worlds.

Industry 5.0 presents itself as a strategy that puts the human factor at centre of production, where well-being worker is prioritized, well more sustainable and resilient production systems. For centricity, it necessary to empower beings and, respectively, industrial operators, improve their individual skills competences in collaboration or cooperation with digital technologies. This research’s main purpose distinguishing point are determine whether truly human-oriented how centricity can be created that, this systematic literature review article analyses clarifies concepts ideologies its respective technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Human-robot collaboration, Digitalization), strategies aim achieving systems, especially for worker.

Today, blockchain is becoming more popular in academia and industry because it a distributed, decentralised technology which changing many industries terms of security, building trust, etc. A few applications are banking, insurance, logistics, transportation, Many insurance companies have been thinking about how could help them be efficient. There still lot hype this immutable technology, even though has not utilised to its full potential. Insurers decide whether or use blockchain, just like other businesses do. This keeps distributed ledger on each node, making secure transparent. The network can operate smart contracts convince others agree, so criminals cannot make mistakes.
