Abstract To date, minimal literature is based on a systems perspective to examine the ecosystems of industrial chain and supply chain. fill gap, this study has employed in analysing issues related chain–supply ecology. The term ‘industrial chain’ emerged recently reflect current global manufacturing industry structure prevalent This clarifies concepts ecosystem ecosystem, highlighting their similarities distinctions. Additionally, outlines process value creation within involving innovation research, technology, products, management, leading technological breakthroughs enhancements. A three‐stage model for proposed, comprising blueprint stage, core technology breakthrough stage iterative upgrade stage.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the knowledge management (KM) model Nonaka Takeuchi, focusing on institutional infrastructure factors in a specific field design offices product-oriented organization. In other words, research does not intend recreate but seeks expand modify according context that may specifically affect effectiveness model. Design/methodology/approach This used two distinct questionnaires, administered same set respondents, comprehensively address different dimensions KM. first questionnaire, focused KM components, assessed aspects such as creation, sharing utilization. second questionnaire evaluated infrastructural critical KM, covering like organizational culture, values, leadership, context, hardware, software network systems. dual-questionnaire approach justified, it allows for detailed differentiated analysis: one tool captures operational while explores supporting infrastructure. methodology ensures accurately measures both practices adequacy environment, thus providing robust assessment system. Findings identifies seven key influencing processes: These shape how created, shared used, support proposed modifications Takeuchi Using TOPSIS method, found culture values rank above average, policies are moderate, information technology below average organization Tehran. Further sectors could help validate these findings. Originality/value introduces novel enhancement by incorporating comprehensive analysis factors. Unlike existing models, which primarily focus generalized principles, uniquely integrates leadership technological originality work lies its tailored organizations, offering more precise actionable framework improving practices. advancement only deepens theoretical insights also provides practical value addressing needs dynamics target organizations.
