In today's fiercely competitive and rapidly evolving telecommunications sector, technological change is a critical driver of organizational survival success. This research delves into how organizations can harness advancements to enhance human resource management optimize service delivery, ultimately bolstering productivity performance. Purpose This manuscript aims to focus on the evolution of management accountants’ (MAs) intellectual capital (IC) through lenses knowledge (KM), emphasizing their knowledge, competencies and roles in decision-making process for organizational success. Design/methodology/approach The authors conducted a systematic literature review, analyzing 118 articles published between 1980 2023 Scopus-indexed ABS-ranked journals. Drawing on the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model, this study explores digital job demands, including hyperconnectivity and overload, their association with health impairment.
