Economía
Circular
es
un
modelo
que
busca
maximizar
el
valor
de
los
recursos
al
extender
su
vida
útil
y
reincorporarlos
mercado
mediante
nuevos
productos
o
funciones.
Este
enfoque
representa
una
alternativa
efectiva
para
minimizar
desechos
desperdicios
generados
por
las
actividades
productivas
dentro
ciclos
económicos,
promoviendo
la
creación
servicios
sean
tanto
sustentables
como
sostenibles.
De
esta
manera,
se
responde
a
demandas
creciente
número
consumidores
están
cada
vez
más
preocupados
impacto
ambiental.
Además,
implementación
tecnologías
innovadoras
permite
llevar
cabo
este
proceso
forma
eficiente
rentable.
Sin
embargo,
crucial
realizar
análisis
exhaustivo

This
study
aims
to
create
a
reference
framework
evaluate
the
technological
capabilities
(TCs)
of
public
research
centers
in
Mexico
through
their
characterization,
measurement,
and
statistical
analysis
for
decision
making
on
strengthening.
Additionally,
seeks
understand
context
which
innovation
linkage
activities
occur
within
system
highlight
importance
integrating
such
studies
into
academic
institutions.
Using
this
generic
framework,
(PRCs),
addition
identifying
weaknesses
development
at
organizational
level,
could
determine
level
TCs
are
located
address
social
demands
promote
collaboration
models
between
university
industry.
To
achieve
objective,
228
surveys
were
carried
out
per
stage
among
researchers
from
PRCs
Mexico.
Each
was
composed
one
questionnaire.
Questionnaire

considered
aspects
investment
capabilities,
assimilation,
modification,
support,
linkage.

data
scientific
productivity
based
evaluation
criteria
established
by
National
Council
Humanities,
Sciences
Technologies
(CONAHCyT).

included
infrastructure,
publications,
intellectual
property,
postgraduate
programs,
collaborative
projects.
results
indicate
that
majority
Mexican
have
developed
basic
intermediate
TCs,
with
77%
involved
applied
development,
but
total
projects,
only
8%
present
higher
levels
maturity.

The
management
of
new
student
admissions
plays
a
crucial
role
in
supporting
the
realization
quality
education.
Therefore,
its
implementation
must
be
carried
out
well-structured
and
systematic
manner.
This
study
aims
to
analyze

reinforcement
admission
secondary
schools
originating
from
primary
schools.

descriptive
method
with
qualitative
approach.

relevant
literature

analyzed

analysis

patterns

that
adopts
Planning,
Programming,
Budgeting
System
(PPBS)
model,

encompasses
three
main
steps:
planning,
programming,
budgeting.

students

significantly
increased
over
past
five
years,
peaking

PPBS
model

effective
increasing
enrollment
strengthening
administrative
system
for
admissions.The

enhance
process
schools,

more
efficient
