Near-infrared-II (NIR-II, 900-1700 nm) fluorescence imaging as one of the emerging methods has shown advantages excellent spatial resolution and sensitivity. In order to obtain high-quality NIR-II images effective treatment results, it is essential develop theranostic fluorescent nanoprobes with good tumor targeting capabilities. Herein, we designed synthesized novel based on organic dye IR783. IR783 was further encapsulated into liposomes, along chemotherapeutic drug doxorubicin (DOX) cervical cancer-targeting peptide TMTP1 (NVVRQ), construct integrated for treatment. The constructed IR-DT nanoprobes, its ability, exhibit performance significant therapeutic effects. With powerful capabilities, can achieve high-resolution blood vessels, lesions, sentinel lymph nodes could dynamically monitor dissolution carotid artery thrombi. results demonstrate that possess in both tumor-targeting capability efficacy. These findings suggest holds great potential be developed a nanoprobe cancer.
