Background: Ergonomic awareness training programs are known for their methodical approach to identifying and mitigating workplace risks have been associated with decreased Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). MSDs were prevalent in manufacturing including the plastic industry, causing significant health economic impacts. However, research on ergonomic interventions this sector is limited. Objective: The primary aim of study assess effectiveness among manual handling workers tray a focus tasks related forming packing. Methods: This was conducted facility Kulai, Johor, that targeted involved high-risk such as packing, exposure hazards up 12 hours daily. A total 108 participated, receiving completing survey questionnaires. Results: results revealed post-training showed improvement (p<0.01) workers' awareness, indicating program enhancing knowledge (t=12.92), attitudes (t=14.77), practices (t=16.29). Conclusion: findings highlight critical role enhanced emphasizing necessity industry-specific, customized industry. It suggested implementation these focused strengthen safety health, encourage lessen long-term development MSDs.

With the rising concept of Industry 5.0, worker's needs and well-being are placed at center production process. The use extended reality can be exploited to provide operator with interactive training, allowing independent, step-by-step learning in real environment, instructional digital contents, superimposed over machinery workplace. This kind training promotes operator's skills, consequently empowers industrial competitiveness. aim this paper is assess compare effectiveness two different marker-less mixed (MR) applications train wire harness activities a tractor's drivetrain. An application based on Azure Spatial Anchors by Microsoft another one CAD model drivetrain have been developed tested through comparison traditional paper-based instructions. On-field trials accomplished 10 end-users. User experience, usability, perceived workload, assessed specific questionnaires analyzing user performances. Even if Anchors-based app showed better outcomes terms acceptability, both MR resulted good usability. Operators' willingness using technology as standard tool for support emerged.

Purpose There is a growing need to promote and practice sustainable HRM foster greener organizations with trained employees who have an attitude behavior preserve depleting resources. The purpose of this study highlight the importance green human resource management (Green HRM) practices along organizational identification (OI) as mediating factor perceived support (POS) moderating factor. Design/methodology/approach Quantitative methodology was used, data were collected from 311 working in telecommunication located twin cities Rawalpindi Islamabad, Pakistan. Results are based on structural equation modeling technique using Smart-PLS. Findings revealed that OI proved be significant positive mediator between Green citizenship behaviors for environment. POS also moderator relationship OI. Research limitations/implications limited two Pakistan; future studies can focus more so results generalized. Practical implications This will especially useful HR practitioners develop mechanisms initiate encourage practices. Social Organizations’ position established through inculcation activities among their employees. Thus, sense responsibility attachment toward makes them good citizens.
