Achieving the European Union's ambitious goal of transforming buildings into carbon-neutral assets is crucial for combating climate change and improving energy efficiency. The harmonization Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) plays a vital role in this effort. Purpose In the face of rising concerns over air pollution in buildings, this study undertakes a systematic review emerging technologies for mitigating pollution, with goal devising comprehensive framework to address buildings.
