Affective dysregulation is a core feature of borderline personality disorder (BPD), and some patients report dissociative symptoms. The present study investigated temporal dynamic relations between affective states current experiences depersonalization derealization in daily life to test key theoretical premises trauma models dissociation.

Aim Adverse childhood experiences are potentially traumatic events with long‐lasting effects on the health and well‐being of patients autism spectrum disorder (ASD). It is important to clarify which types autism‐related symptoms influenced by design future intervention studies. However, few studies have examined association between autistic in large samples adults ASD individuals typical development (TD). In this study, we evaluate adverse multiple phenotypes among both those TD. Method We combined questionnaire evaluations; Childhood Abuse Trauma Scale, Japanese version Autism‐Spectrum Quotient, Conners' Adult ADHD Rating Impact Event Scale‐Revised, Adolescent/Adult Sensory Profile. Results Individuals TD ( n = 205 104, respectively) were included. There significant correlations extent severity attention‐deficit/hyperactivity symptoms, posttraumatic stress hypersensitivity participants By contrast, core showed no correlation either group. These results remained consistent after adjusting for age, sex, estimated intelligence quotient. Conclusion findings suggest need a detailed disentanglement ASD‐related peripheral experiences, may help appropriately set outcomes early interventions ASD.

Abstract We aimed to explore the relationship between cortisol response psychosocial stress, mental distress, fatigue and health related quality of life (HRQoL) in individuals with coronary artery disease (CAD) after recent acute syndrome (ACS). A cross-sectional study initially included 113 subjects (88% men, 53 ± 7 years) 1–3 weeks ACS. Cortisol was assessed by measuring salivary during Trier Social Stress Test. Mental distress measured Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale, State-Trait Inventory, Type D Scale-14. Fatigue symptoms were evaluated using Multidimensional Inventory 20-items, while HRQoL 36-Item Short Form Medical Outcome Questionnaire. After conducting multivariable linear regression analyses, diminished sampled Public speech (T3–T1, + 15 min) significantly associated higher anxiety (β = −0.224; p 0.035), preparation time (T2–T1, 10 linked presence personality −0.290; 0.006; β −0.282; 0.008 respectively), even controlling for confounders (i.e., sex, age, education, New York Heart Association functional class, beta-blockers baseline levels measures). found that but not HRQoL, blunted anticipation independently potential covariates.
