Abstract
Recently,
high‐entropy
perovskites
have
attracted
considerable
attention
due
to
their
diverse
chemical
composition
and
multifunctionality.
In
this
study,
the
approach
was
employed
in
a
(Bi
0.4
Na
0.2
K
Ba
)TiO
3
matrix,
Nd
3+
introduced
enhance
configurational
entropy
modify
its
dielectric
ferroelectric
properties.
Notably,
despite
doping,
all
samples
maintained
tetragonal
perovskite
structure
at
room
temperature.
The
increased
with
concentration,
consequently
leading
gradual
decline
properties
along
associated
temperature
