The present study examined the anticipated technology service quality of private commercial banks in Bangladesh, with a particular emphasis on satisfaction e-consumers regarding banking technologies and services offered by their respective banks. Three hundred fifty-five data were administered using structural equation modeling technique to examine hypothesis. results indicated three dimensions exhibited positive statistically significant relationship consumers' services. remaining two (Responsiveness Empathy) displayed negative but association.
