The travel and transportation sectors continuously fight to stay up date with new advancements in technology. Disruptive technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), are being used develop businesses, enhance economic growth, revolutionize existing industries, create opportunities, increase productivity efficiency. Consumers are attracted by the increasing number of available SVOD platforms, but it would be too expensive to pay subscription fees for all them. To reduce costs, consumers can combine use proprietary subscriptions, non-proprietary and illegal streaming sites. In turn, platforms could enforce access control, a decision that might produce desired reduction in subscriptions also an undesired subscriptions. The effects this determinants content demand remain largely unexplored.
