To identify the prevalence and risk factors for chronic endometritis (CE) with tubal correlation between among infertile populations. A total of 52 patients (CE group) who underwent laparoscopy hysteroscopic surgery were recruited July 2020 December 2021. 38 without (non-CE included as a control. Patients endometriosis intra-uterine abnormalities excluded. Endometrial samples collected during CD138 immunohistochemistry staining diagnosis CE. Preoperative information (including age, reproductive health characteristics, previous medical surgical history), intra-operative patency fallopian tube, presence hydrosalpinx, score grade lesion condition) post-operative (counts CD138-positive HPF in endometrial specimen) collected. multivariate analysis revealed that unilateral or bilateral occlusion significantly higher CE group (OR 3.066, 95% CI 1.020-9.213, p = 0.046). Abstract Fetal implantation requires carefully orchestrated involvement of the maternal immune system. Aberrant function within has been suggested as a cause failure. The emergence immunological theories miscarriage led to testing an adjuvant treatment in assisted reproductive technology; however, it remains controversial, with mixed evidence both for and benefits testing. Literature on common methods technology is reviewed including those peripheral uterine natural killer cells, chronic endometritis, T-helper cells cytokine ratio. There little consensus context recurrent field limited by lack uniformity approach heterogeneity pathophysiological cause. Nevertheless, system heavily involved new era personalized medicine ensures that more defined will be achieved.
