This research deals with the photocatalytic activity of hydroxyapatite and improvement efficiency by doping various percentages copper; catalysts were synthesized wet-chemical method. Pure copper-doped photocatalysts characterized several techniques including X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, Raman scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), dynamic calorimetry (DSC), UV-Vis spectroscopy. The competency pure as was assessed their interaction Congo red dye. crystallographic parameters also estimated employing XRD technique, a relationship established between calculated performance. Crystallite size from model equations, which revealed an acceptable crystallite 42-68 nm. Copper in impressively augmented efficacy, for example 99% dye degraded upon 0.63% Cu-doping compared to 75% HAp, exemplified not only reaction rate but quantum yield. degradation changed time became fixed at 200 min. molar extinction coefficient Beer-Lambert law further utilized compute photonic catalysts. In study photochemical reaction, simplified process proposed, potentials conduction band valence assessed, influenced activity. Cu crystalline will enhance towards under all experimental conditions.

Abstract Combining electrocoagulation with another process is a potential strategy for increasing the efficiency of water and wastewater pollutant removal. The integration advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) (EC) demonstrates improved performance. mechanism EC combined ozone (O 3 ), hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O sulfate radicals, electrooxidation (EO), Fenton/electro-Fenton, UV discussed. This review sheds light on EC-AOP hybrid in terms their mechanisms, development, challenges, application removal contaminants emerging concern (CECs). majority articles claimed performance when AOP as pre-treatment, especially removing recalcitrant contaminants. For instance, integrated EC-Fenton/photo-Fenton have been shown to be promising treatment virtually complete phenolic compounds oil refinery wastewater. In EC-EO process, boron doped diamond (BDD) anode, despite being costly electrode, has highest therefore most suitable type mineralization organic pollutants. PFASs are more effective at removed from through zinc Ti 4 7 electrodes treatment. Furthermore, peroxone synergistic effects between coagulants played almost equal dominant role ibuprofen using EC-O . However, enough data conducting these industrial scale or real wastewaters do not exist, so there lack comprehensive systematic approaches address complexity such systems. Although great number papers were focused degradation effluents different industries, viruses, pharmaceuticals, sufficient research herbicides, pesticides, microplastics, micropollutants.
