Due to the heterogeneity of recycled paper materials and production conditions, pollutants in papermaking wastewater fluctuate sharply over time. Quality control treatment process (PWTP) is challenging costly. As regulations are also growing about environmental effects PWTP on greenhouse gas (GHG) emission, energy consumption, etc., formulates a complex multiobjective optimization problem. This research established multiagent deep reinforcement learning framework simultaneously optimize cost, GHG emission PWTP, subjected effluent quality, realize economic, energy, (3E) goals. The biological mills was simulated using benchmark simulation model no. 1 (BSM1). data generated based BSM manual utilized for training, real acquired from local factory used estimate performance. results show that proposed method outperforms conventional techniques identifying best strategies multiple targets.
