Foram incluídos todos os casos notificados 2020 estado nos municípios pertencem à região pessoas cima 60 anos. análise mostrou um aumento progressivo até 2019, queda nas notificações 2020, fato possivelmente relacionado pandemia da COVID-19. Observou-se maior sexo masculino ambas as regiões analisadas, refletindo associação fatores culturais, sociais comportamentais distanciam o homem serviço contribui para cenário vulnerabilidade. comparativo entre certa homogeneidade na distribuição dos notificados, sugerindo boa estrutura regionalização acesso aos serviços básicos saúde.
