Purpose This article explores leadership as a philosophical attitude. The purpose is to get deeper understanding of in everyday working life. Design/methodology/approach based on thematic analysis 16 qualitative research interviews with leaders different levels within the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV). Findings Leadership not merely set skills or functional role. study has identified broader implications attitude for personal development, motivation social responsibility; relational side leader’s mission. Research limitations/implications examined what interviewees say; it observed they actually do. Practical deals dimensions shows how can adjust their behaviour character traits situational demands. Originality/value bridges theory practice through empirical application attitudes practice.

The present study sifts the indirect role of psychological capital (PsyCap) in linking authentic leadership (AL) and job performance (JP). Furthermore, this investigates interplay AL perceived organizational support (POS) PsyCap. Creativity is a critical determinant of organizations’ abilities to compete and perform in rapidly changing complex contexts. Though scholars have identified several contextual factors, such as leadership, that motivate employees’ creative performance, the psychological mechanisms boundary conditions underpinning this relationship are relatively unknown.
