Skin wounds have imposed serious socioeconomic burdens on healthcare providers and patients. There are just more than 25,000 burn injury-related deaths reported each year. Conventional treatments do not often allow the re-establishment of function affected regions structures, resulting in dehydration wound infections. Many nanocarriers, such as lipid-based systems or biobased biodegradable polymers their associated platforms, favorable healing due to ability promote cell adhesion migration, thus improving reducing scarring. Hence, many researchers focused developing new dressings based compounds with desirable effects. However, when applied healing, some problems occur, high cost public health, novel emphasizing reduced costs, increasing quality treatment outcomes. The integrated hybrid nanocarriers (LNCs) polymer-based can be promising solution for above process. Furthermore, drug delivery showed effective release therapeutic agents, suitable mimicking physiological environment, improvement single system. This review highlights recent advances role carriers healing.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurological condition currently with 47 million people suffering from it globally. AD might have many reasons such as genetic issues, environmental factors, and Aβ accumulation, which the biomarker of disease. Since primary reason unknown, there no targeted treatment at moment, but ongoing research aims to slow its progression by managing amyloid-beta peptide production rather than symptomatic improvement. phytochemicals been demonstrated possess antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective properties, they may target multiple pathological factors can reduce risk Curcumin, phytochemical found in turmeric known for free radical scavenging an antiamyloid treating AD, has come under investigation. Although low bioavailability limits efficacy, prominent drug delivery system (DDS) desired overcome it. Hence, potency lipid-based nanoparticles encapsulating curcumin (LNPs-CUR) considered this study promising DDS. In vivo studies animal models indicate LNPs-CUR effectively amyloid plaque formation, leading cognitive enhancement reduced toxicity compared CUR. However, deeper understanding CUR's pharmacokinetics safety profile crucial before be medicine. Future investigations explore combination NPs other therapeutic agents increase their efficacy cases. In this study, we conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to summarize evaluate the global research potential of different circulating miRNAs as an early diagnostic biomarker for OC. A literature search relevant studies was in June 2020 followed up November 2021. The English databases (PubMed, ScienceDirect). primary resulted total 1887 articles, which were screened according prior established inclusion exclusion criteria. We identified 44 studies, 22 eligible quantitative meta-analysis. Statistical analysis performed using Meta-package Rstudio. Standardized mean differences (SMD) relative levels between control subjects OC patients used differential expression. All quality evaluated Newcastle-Ottawa Scale. Based on meta-analysis, nine dysregulated compared controls. Nine upregulated controls (miR-21, -125, -141, -145, -205, -328, -200a, -200b, -200c). Furthermore, miR-26, -93, -106 -200a analyzed, but did not present overall significant difference These observations should be considered when performing future relation OC: sufficient size clinical cohorts, development consensus guidelines miRNA measurements, coverage previously reported miRNAs.

Abstract Canine mammary tumors (CMTs) represent a significant health concern in dogs, with high incidence among intact female dogs. CMTs are promising comparative model for human breast cancer, due to sharing several pathophysiological features. Additionally, have strong genetic correlation their counterpart, including the expression of microRNAs (miRNAs). MiRNAs class non-coding RNAs that play important roles post-translational regulation gene expression, being implicated carcinogenesis, tumor progression, and metastasis. Moreover, miRNAs hold promise as diagnostic, prognostic, metastatic biomarkers. Understanding molecular mechanisms underlying is crucial improving diagnosis, prognosis, monitoring treatments. Herein, we provide comprehensive overview current knowledge on CMTs, highlighting carcinogenesis potential highlight limitations critically discuss overarching challenges this field, emphasizing need future research translate miRNA findings into veterinary clinical practice.
