Nanoplastics (NPs) cause serious contamination of drinking water and potential damage to human health. This study aimed investigate the effects NPs with different particle sizes concentrations on reproductive function male mice. In this study, free exposure was used expose BALB/C mice PS-NPs (20 nm, 200 1000 nm) at 0.1 mg/L, 1 5 mg/L for 4 months. The assessed after exposure, fecal blood samples were collected macrogenomics metabolomics. results showed that resulted in reduced testicular organ coefficients, decreased sperm quality, altered tissue structure, disturbed sex hormone levels, abnormal levels inflammatory factors oxidative stress. Furthermore, found NP affected alteration gut communities metabolic pathways related reproduction, such as Clostridium glutathione metabolism. Importantly, we an effect size function. future, more attention should be paid smaller NPs.

Heart failure (HF) remains one of the most common events in progression hypertension. Magnoflorine (MNF) has been shown beneficial effects on cardiovascular system. However, action MNF angiotensin (Ang) II-induced cardiac remodeling and its underlying mechanisms have not yet characterised. Here, we assessed development hypertension-related HF.

Abstract Background Granulosa cell (GC) apoptosis, ferroptosis, and other programmed death processes are markers of follicular aging. Quercetin has been shown to reduce however, its effects on ferroptosis in poultry remains unexplored. Our preliminary study identified aging ovaries. Therefore, the present study, 540-day-old Mountain Plum-blossom chickens were fed with quercetin supplementation at varying doses (0.2, 0.4, 0.6 g/kg), examined molecular GC using an vitro Erastin-induced model. Results The results showed that significantly increased egg production, which confirmed potential alleviate chicken ovarian tissue. experiment revealed Fer-1 (positive control) mitigated GCs. Further, transcriptome analysis modulated key genes such as acyl-CoA synthetase long-chain family member 4 ( ACSL4 ), solute carrier 7 11 SLC7A11 transferrin receptor TFRC involved regulation. further also reduced apoptosis inflammation by modulating expression proteins related inflammatory factors (NF-κB, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10). Conclusion Taken together, improves production performance mitigates hens, inhibits inflammation, These findings protective role tissue cellular mechanisms against detrimental production. Graphical
