Abstract Detox water, a beverage widely consumed for weight management and health benefits, is typically prepared using fruits vegetables such as green apple, parsley, cucumber, mint, lemon. This study evaluated the impact of storage conditions (ambient temperature 4°C) over 72 hours on concentrations 32 pesticide residues commonly found in these ingredients. Changes residue levels their removal rates were analyzed during storage. Results demonstrated consistent decrease with longer durations under both conditions. Notably, at ambient temperature, Clofentezine exhibited highest rate 89% after hours. These findings provide valuable insights into behavior aqueous media varying conditions, contributing to improved safety practices detox water preparation

Pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables cause serious health issues, especially among children. This research was carried out to monitor evaluate the risks of organophosphate pesticide Maragheh County apple products from 2020. The Monte Carlo Simulation approach (MCS) used non-cancerous effects exposure adults Apple samples were taken every two weeks at central market during summer fall months. In this study, seventeen 30 estimated using a modified QuECheRS extraction technique coupled with GC/MS. Of pesticides, thirteen identified as (76.47%). highest concentration found associated chlorpyrifos 1.05 mg/kg. exceeding maximum residue limits (MRLs) 100% specimens, more than 75% contained ten or residues. Approximately 45%-80% on removed after washing peeling. Chlorpyrifos had quotient (HQ) for men, women, children values 0.046, 0.054, 0.23, respectively. Cumulative risk assessment (CRA) non-carcinogenic indicates that there is no significant adult age group consumption (HI < 1). Nevertheless, are high non-cancer eating unwashed apples = 1.3). finding shows levels samples, apples, can be concern To better protect consumer health, continuous regular monitoring, strict regulations, training, awareness farmers, control pre-harvest interval (PHI) recommended.

Pesticide residues in human diets pose significant health hazards, particularly for vulnerable populations such as infants and children. This study aimed to determine pesticide apples assess the cumulatively chronic risk posed adult child consumers from simultaneous exposure multiple residues. During 2022-2023 harvest seasons, 100 apple samples Turkey were analyzed presence of 225 different extraction was performed using QuEChERS method, followed by detection through liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry. Fifteen distinct pesticides (ten insecticides five fungicides) detected 64 out analyzed. Eleven contained that exceeded maximum residue limit (MRL) set Turkish Food Codex European Union.
