Manganese oxide nanoparticles (MnO2 NPs) were synthesized through a simple one-pot green synthesis method using Saraca asoca leaves extract (SA-MnO2 NPs), and their physicochemical properties characterized various analytical techniques, including electron microscopy (FESEM TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), diffracted spectroscopy (EDAX). The as-synthesized MnO2 NPs had highly crystalline structure with calculated size of approximately 18 nm d-spacing value 0.216 nm. morphology the SA-MnO2 was like stacked cubes high elemental purity, as confirmed by EDAX spectrum. Further, confirming as-obtained from XRD analysis, samples subjected to anti-cancer activities evaluate reactance against cancer cell lines. in vitro activity material assessed two breast lines, namely MCF7 MDA-MB-231. results showed that exhibited significantly lower levels cytotoxicity these indicating potential an effective anticancer agent. IC50 at 24 h greater than 20 μg/mL. Therefore, could be promising candidate for developing novel treatment therapies.
