Mineralization is a key biological process that required for the development and repair of tissues such as teeth, bone cartilage. Exosomes (Exo) are subset extracellular vesicles (~50–150 nm) secreted by cells contain genetic material, proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, other substances have been extensively researched oral tissue regeneration. However, Exo-free biomaterials or exosome treatments exhibit poor bioavailability lack controlled release mechanisms at target site during By encapsulating Exos into like hydrogels, these disadvantages can be mitigated. Several engineering approaches, those wound healing processes in diabetes mellitus, treatment osteoarthritis (OA) cartilage degeneration, intervertebral disc cardiovascular diseases, etc., exploited to deliver exosomes containing variety therapeutic diagnostic cargos tissues. Despite significant efficacy Exo-laden their use mineralized tissues, tissue, very sparse. This review aims explore summarize literature related potential hydrogel-encapsulated provides insight practical procedures future clinical techniques.

Abstract We present, a facile method for the synthesis of block co-polymer [(PLA)-b-(Car)], (PLA-Poly Lactic acid and Car-Carbazole) followed by development cone ice-cream cup-shaped frustums with nanoporous capsules bio-sensing drug loading applications. Thermoplastic polyester PLA aminated an aromatic heterocyclic organic compound Car gives desired shape characteristics extended porosity on surface. The size, shape, morphology are tunable concerning solvents thermal treatment. Interestingly, hollow (half-broken coconut type) has been carried out without using any precursors surfactants. Synthesis [(PLA)-b-(Car)] confirmed through Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR; 1H 13C). However, surface properties were field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), Bruner Emmett Teller (BET), atomic force (AFM) characterizations. capsule size ranges from ~200 nm to 1 µm (in diameter) scales ~60 80 nm. porous biosensing biomedical applications can be considered as unique novel characteristic property our invention. This kind ice cream used stimuli-responsive catalytic activity fluorescence measurement cysteine gold nanoparticle [(Cys)-(Au+)] enhanced payload
