Algae are currently used in many areas, including dietetics, pharmacy, cosmetology and to increase the nutritional value of food animal feed due their chemical composition. Background/Objectives: Brown algae, particularly Eisenia bicyclis, produce various bioactive chemicals with significant application potential in the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries. This study aimed to evaluate antibacterial, antibiofilm, antivirulence properties of ethyl acetate fraction (EA) E. bicyclis its synthesized gold nanoparticles (EA-AuNPs), a focus on their applications against both Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria. Methods: The component was identified using gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GC-MS) device liquid spectrometer/mass spectrometry (LC-MS) system. crystal violet method utilized biofilm inhibition experiments. Several instruments, including dynamic light scattering, Fourier transform infrared, X-ray diffraction, field emission transmission electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectroscopy, were employed completely characterize produced EA-AuNPs. cytotoxicity EA-AuNPs determined MTT assay, expression genes linked virulence Pseudomonas aeruginosa Staphylococcus aureus investigated real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).
