Organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) were extensively used in agriculture. Due to their adverse effect, there is a need for sensitive and reliable methods determine these agrochemicals. Microextraction techniques (ME) afford the opportunity substantially reduce amount of organic solvent classical extraction pesticide analysis. Moreover, deep eutectic solvents (DES) made components natural origin, have been applied microextraction as green alternative solvents. The combination thin film DES can be seen an OPPs from water samples. We describe microextraction-GC-MS method determination was prepared by casting using cellulose triacetate (CTA) polymer extracting phase. Lidocaine, menthol, dodecanoic acid, camphor tested DES-based film. With containing 70 % (w) CTA 30 acid:lidocaine, quantitative results mix achieved. Then, elution performed with 2 mL ethyl acetate. validation TFME piece suspended 20 sample solution contact time 1 h. Limits detection low μg L−1 range obtained single quadrupole mass analyser. pipette tip configuration preliminary chlorpyrifos satisfactory. This represents first approach use polymeric films OPPs, two tip.

Volatile organic solvents and fluoride-containing ionic liquids (ILs) have few drawbacks like toxicity, non-biodegradability, environmental issues. Even though ILs are considered as new safest solvent for their lower volatility. They pose toxicity sustainability concerns. Deep eutectic (DESs) garnered significant attention substitutes these solvents, addressing aligning with specific principles of green chemistry, such reduced biodegradability, the use renewable resources. This review thoroughly explains emergence inception DESs through development. It deals physicochemical properties density, polarity, viscosity. In recent years, green chemistry has focused on the search for solvents to replace toxic organic traditionally used in sample preparation. Ionic liquids (ILs) and deep eutectic (DESs), which belong neoteric liquids, are environmentally friendly widely extraction subsequent determination of bioactive molecules contaminants. ILs semi-organic molten salts at temperature below 100 °C, composed by cations or inorganic anions. DESs a greener evolution ionic consisting quaternary ammonium salt that acts as hydrogen bond acceptor molecule acids, sugars, amines, polyalcohols can be donor molecules. DES components, when combined specific molar ratio, form an mixture is liquid room temperature. Both have been applied several procedures, including matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) extraction. MSPD technique based homogenization phase between solid dispersing material function breaking sample, increasing analytes yield. Three possible uses were investigated: (i) traditional solvents; (ii) adjuvant extraction, added during step; (iii) element create innovative highly selective materials. This review aims describe discuss detail use process their various applications.
