The 9-item Body Dissatisfaction Subscale (BDS) of the Eating Disorder Inventory is one most used tools for assessing thinness-oriented body dissatisfaction in research and clinical practice. However, no validated Arabic version this scale exists to date. To assess the prevalence of depressive symptoms and associated factors (i.e.: intuitive eating, body image dissatisfaction, gestational sociodemographic factors) in high-risk pregnant women.
