It is of great research value to develop an efficient and stable catalyst that can achieve the oxidation alkenes obtain epoxides, which serve as a multifunctional intermediate with important commercial value. Based on this, three-dimensional (3D) supramolecular framework H[CuI(H3bdcbpy)2(Mo12O38)(H2O)] (1, H4bdcbpy·2Cl = N,N'-bis(3,5-dicarboxybenzyl-4,4'-bipyridine·dichloride) was obtained from carboxylate-functionalized 1D coordination polymers, were derived unusual in situ [Mo12O38]4- cluster Cu-electron-deficient carboxylate complex units. The catalytic performance 1 epoxidation using TBHP examined, revealing its remarkable efficiency conversion cis-cyclooctene, high rate 99% outstanding selectivity 100%. Complex exhibited higher activity than unmodified H4bdcbpy·2Cl, CuCl2·2H2O, Na2MoO4·2H2O, well most previously reported polyoxometalate (POM)-based metal-organic complexes (POMOCs). Moreover, reaction kinetics mechanism explored free radical trapping experiments control experiments. stability also investigated.

Abstract In this study, (E)‐N′(3,5‐di‐tert‐butil‐2‐hedroxybenzilidene)‐2‐hydroxybenzohydrazide (H 3 sahz) 2 and its copper (II) complex has been synthesized evaluated by methods FTIR, UV–Vis, EPR, single crystal X‐ray analysis. It shown, that H sahz crystallizes as a dimer through hydrogen bonds. with nitrate forms [Cu(H sahz)(NO )(H O)] complex, which according to diffraction analysis distorted square pyramidal structure. The was screened for α‐glucosidase (α‐Glu), acetylcholinesterase (AChE), butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) inhibitory abilities. Results displayed IC 50 K i values of the novel AChE, BChE, α‐Glu enzymes were obtained at 0.93–2.14, 1.01–2.03, 73.86–102.65 μM, respectively. molecular docking outcomes have shown synthetic lower affinity compared acarbose. But inhibition ability greater than tacrine. These findings indicate may be considered possible candidate development discovery compounds effective in inhibiting relevant enzymes.

Vanadium coordination compounds, [VO 2 L]·(CH 3 OH) ( 1a and 1b ), were prepared from the reaction of tridentate hydrazone ligand, [HL=( E )‐4‐amino‐N′‐(1‐(pyridin‐2‐ylethylidene)benzohydrazide] with NH 4 VO V O 5 , respectively.
